1、Have 12-Month Warranty
All Deenkee products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty, which starts on the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that might occur.
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and follow our warranty process:
2.1 The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase, we need your order number and order information and sales invoice.
2.2 Deenkee must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
2.3 The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
2.4 It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.
3、Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations
3.1 Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
3.2 Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
3.3 Buyer’s accidental returns
3.4 Returning personal items
3.5 Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Deenkee quality control to be in working condition
3.6 Returning defective items in international shipping
3.7 Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
4、Not Covered Under Warranty：
4.1 Products without sufficient proof of purchase
4.2 Lost or stolen products
4.3 Items that have expired their warranty period
4.4 Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
4.5 Free products
4.6 Repairs through 3rd parties
4.7 Damage from outside sources
4.8 Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
4.9 This limited warranty does not cover from misuse/abuse, modification or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, and etc.)
5、DEENKEE is not liable for:
5.2 Returning personal items sent to Deenkee
When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Deenkee does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
7、Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
8.2 Sales invoice
Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty time frame or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
